convenient location helpful staff limited menu dated hotel
i found the location to be quite convenient to shops and transportation. the staff was generally helpful and i liked that breakfast was included. it had a set menu.
i found it a bit limited with only four set options. the hotel feels a bit dated and i noticed some wear.

Just Okay, I Suppose
The location was acceptable. It provided quick access to the MTR station.
The breakfast setup was odd. You received a piece of paper and had to pick from four set meal options. It felt rather limiting and impersonal. I'm not sure what I expected.

convenient location subway access helpful staff
The location is convenient. It's close to the subway, shopping and restaurants. Staff were helpful . I especially appreciated that they accommodated my request for extra towels.
Breakfast was disappointing. There was a limited selection and the choices remained the same .

The laundry area offers practical facilities, with washing available for HKD 45 per load and drying for the same price. THERE are ironing facilities available too. The gym includes two treadmills and one stationary bike.

excellent location easy transport early check-in lively streets
The hotel's location is excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. Causeway Bay station is very close making transport easy. Staff helped us check in early when we arrived. I liked exploring the lively streets surrounding the hotel.

acceptable stay, some issues
excellent location walking distance limited menu dirty hallway rude staff lazy housekeeping
the location was excellent, right behind times square mall. it was walking distance to sogo department store. hysan place and world trade center were close. free breakfast included a limited set menu.
the hallway was dirty, and the carpets weren't clean. i found the restaurant staff rude. the housekeeping was lazy during my five-day stay. they did not fix the bed or clean the mugs.
