The location was acceptable. It provided quick access to the MTR station.

The breakfast setup was odd. You received a piece of paper and had to pick from four set meal options. It felt rather limiting and impersonal. I'm not sure what I expected.

The location is convenient. It's close to the subway, shopping and restaurants. Staff were helpful . I especially appreciated that they accommodated my request for extra towels.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was a limited selection and the choices remained the same .

The hotel's location is excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby. Causeway Bay station is very close making transport easy. Staff helped us check in early when we arrived. I liked exploring the lively streets surrounding the hotel.

the location was excellent, right behind times square mall. it was walking distance to sogo department store. hysan place and world trade center were close. free breakfast included a limited set menu.

the hallway was dirty, and the carpets weren't clean. i found the restaurant staff rude. the housekeeping was lazy during my five-day stay. they did not fix the bed or clean the mugs.
